When you tap "Try Pro free," Google Play begins your 7-day trial immediately — no charge is applied. If you cancel before the trial ends you won’t be billed. If you don’t cancel, your chosen plan starts automatically.

Cancel anytime in Google Play → Subscriptions → PaceNote.

Open Google Play Store → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → PaceNote → Cancel.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period. You keep Pro access until then.

Sign into the same Google account on your new device, install PaceNote, and your subscription restores automatically. If it doesn’t appear, go to Settings → Restore Purchase.

Yes — tap the pause button to pause the timer. To end early, tap × in the top-right corner. Ended sessions are still logged in your journal.

Set total duration (5–90 min) and how frequently prompts appear (every 2–30 min). Shuffle from the full 30-prompt library or choose a specific set.

PaceNote requests a wakelock to keep the screen on. If you prefer it to sleep, press your power button — the session continues in the background and vibrates at each prompt.

Exclusively on your device — never transmitted to our servers or shared with anyone. Permanently deleted when you uninstall the App.

Journal export is on our roadmap. Currently entries are stored on-device without a direct export option. Let us know if this matters to you.

No. PaceNote never requests location permission and has no access to your GPS data, walking route, distance, or step count. The App uses a simple timer only.

No. PaceNote collects no personal data so there is nothing to share. We receive only subscription status from Google Play for verification. No analytics SDKs, ad networks, or data brokers.
